Your speedo will be off by a percentage based on the change in diameter (diameter and circumference are directly related). For example, going from a 30" diameter tire to a 33" is a 10% increase. So, for every 10 miles your odometer goes, you actually went 11 miles (10% more). This affects your speedo the same way. If the change is 10%, when your speedo reads 30 you are going 33 and when it reads 70 you are going 77.
