Id do a cai, a bbk throttle body, a full exhaust with some long tube headers and a programmer. That should give you all the power you need.

How much hp and torque would increase? And how much you think that would be?

Probably close to 2k if you can do the work yourself depending on the brands you buy such as a cheap ebay cai or a airraid cai. And a safe guess would be around 310 hp maybe a little more and probably between 380-400 ftlbs of torque. But dont quote me on those numbers its just a guess.

Will most of the power come from the headers?

Id say you an get cheap and fast, as well as fast and reliable, but cheap and reliable is a far stretch most of the time.
