Wheel out of balance?....Broken belt in tire?.... U-joints?....

I would also recheck the work that was done on the caliper. Did you re-use the old rotor with new caliper??? If so rotor could have been damaged from heat of lockup...New caliper slides have proper lubrication no binding... Basically everthing tight that should be and nothing binding that should move.

Do you feel it in the steering wheel or more of the entire truck. I had a bad wobble in my truck at 40-50. Turns out it was just cheap tires. From what I've discovered, the cheaper ones tend to have flat spots in them. Needless to say, they only lasted 20K miles before they had to be replaced so I spent some money on some Load E rated tires and the issue immediately stopped. Well to be exact I spent $4 more a tire for a load E over the P rated just because the tires were that cheap at the time...not so anymore.

How old are your struts? That will cause the wheels to hop, but not usually the entire truck. Possibly a bent rim or unbalance tire, or a bad universal. My old Comanche lost a universal on the highway. Shook the truck so bad I had to limp off at 25 mph. Made it home keeping it in 2nd gear on the back roads.

Hello im by no means the person to go to for this, BUT i have some creative ways to help you find out what is wrong.

First off videos are always nice due to being able to hear and see what you are hearing and seeing. Just turn on a digital camera or your phone while you drive. Maybe have a friend record the truck while they are in there car. Something outside might be noticeable that you can't see inside.

Other thing is if it is something wrong with the suspention or something under the truck you may be able to identify it with a camera hooked up under your truck. 45 - 50 is a high speed to do this unless you can really get it secured good tho. (don't suggest this unless you have a cheap camera. There is always the possibility of it breaking).

Hope these may be able to help you or someone else identify the problem. Best of luck fixing it.

See if a friend of yours has 4 truck tires you can put on your truck to see if it still happens.

I would go to a tire shop and have them balance your tires. While your there, you might as well ask them about the different tire sizes. If those two things check out to be okay, I would look at the wheel bearings.

Zap, how does your truck push the load range E tires?

Well I went from a P255/70-16 to a LT265/75-16. Dropped about 1 mpg but rides rougher. At the time the Hankook Dynapro ATM in a LT265/75-16 was $4 more a tire than the P265/75-16. I like them...besides the rough ride the 10 ply was a great option. Currently 41k miles on them and still 45% of tread left.

Sorry guys long winded story below but is relevant to thread....

(Start Ranting)
Wife bought brand new tires for her car and started complaining about them after three days. Took car back to store and had them check balance three times over a two week period, everytime they told her they checked out fine. I finally drove the car and could tell exactly which tire it was. Took back to store and told them something was definitely wrong with said tire. Took tire back and ran again on balancer, this time they said "We opened the safety cover on the balancer and watch the tire spinning and could see there was a broken belt." Replaced the tire and then had the gall to try to sell me road hazard for the new tire and would not transfer the road hazard of the original tire even though it was a manufacturer defect... . Needless to say my hometown Discnt Tire can Rot In .....(End of Rant)

Also... It is not unheard of for wheel weights to fall off of rims especially within the first several weeks of installation.

You may also consider rotating your tires and see if anything changes..
