Holy Engine Codes Batman!!!
First some details... I have a 2000 F-150 5.4L w/180k miles. The truck has served me well to say the least. In the last week I have gotten a cyl. 3 misfire code. Truck is running rough, but is driveable. I live 2 miles from work so I have been limping it to work all week until I get get the truck into a heated garage here in MI. Im on my way to the garage today when things turn for the worse. The truck was running rough, as to be expected with a cylinder misfire. I went to pull away from a stop sign and had next to no power. I slowly accelerated to clear the intersection and noticed that once I hit around 3000 rpm the truck would do some real funky shifting and i would lose power again. I also noticed that the overdrive disable indicator light on my gear selector was blinking. I pulled over and ran a scan with Torque and my ODB scanner. I have attached screenshots of the results
I dont know where to even start with these codes! Obviously something electrical has taken a dump or is shorting out. Not sure what would cause all of these codes at the same time. Anyone have any ideas on where to start? The truck is parked for the night in a lot, should have it back at my place tomorrow in order to check things out. My first thought was something got wet considering the sloppy conditions here in MI. All fuses and relay boxes appeared dry.
Any suggestions would be most welcomed as I'm not ready to say goodbye to my girl yet

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll head over to the truck today (with some new fuses) and see if I can't get this thing home and find the source of the short. I'll keep you posted on my findings...
You were spot on Tackle! I replaced the fuse and got the truck home no problem. It ran for 2 days before blowing the fuse again. The first place I plan on looking for the short is the transmission wiring harness... If that checks out good, where should I go from there? I'm not totally sure what other systems could be blowing fuse #23...

It will be in the tranny harness. Fuse #23 is the HEGO circuit, which is your O2 sensors. There is a cut, melted, or burnt wire somewhere on the tranny harness. Even if the insulation looks good the wire could be burnt so make sure you closely. Look at the wires coming off the 02 sensors also.
