I have the 9007 HIDs in my truck and for some reason when my light shifter is in the low beam position the high beam light is on on the dash and when i flick it to high beams the dash light only gets brighter. the headlights dont switch and the fogs dont go off. any one have any ideas how to fix this?

 

Bi-xenon is high and low beam in HID, Hi/lo is usually low HID and Hi halogen.

My friend has fogs and mounted his behind lower valence by tow hooks. Just cover ballast and connections with electrical tape to water proof
