Default HID help!

I'm sick and tired of my stock headlights and have decided to switch over to hids. A buddy of mine added some of the ebay ones on his car for $30 and he likes em' http://www.ebay.com/itm/HID-KIT-H1-H...61be4b&vxp=mtr Are these any good? I want something cheap and something that puts out a rediculous amount of light

There's no such thing as cheap HIDS that put out a ridiculous amount of light, we have a guy in town here that does aftermarket lighting, an e knows his stuff, I put HIDS in mine from him, had him install it and when it was all done 200 bucks, and there 4 or 6k a I don't remember, bought a set of cheap ones off eBay for my beater car a pink mystique, so I bought pink HIDS, coulda been the color. But just doesn't seem like a quality product that would have lasted. Check out www,gtrlighting.com, or if you have Facebook look up Steve's customs. He's got some before n afters

Yeah, I know, but he warranties his stuff, so if something happens to one of the ballasts or the bulb, I don't gotta pay a dime

Definitely look at DDM tuning. They're pretty much all foreign chinese crap nowadays. Even the DDM tuning stuff. But they're based in California and have pretty good customer service in my experience.
