Default HID

Simple question, what's the best HID kit for our trucks? Or overall kit in general. DDM and VVME are $60 dollar kits and look good I know that.. but they seem to differ in quality between people who have them. Just name your kit and what you think of it.

I would also like to know this. Price doesn't matter. If it works well then it's for me.

I had a problem with the polatiry of the bulbs from vvme. They would always be opposite (one high beam, one low beam, and vice versa) when switched from low beams to high beams. I bought some stationary bulbs (no hi/lo beam, just lights) and love them ever since. Seems to be quality stuff and ive been in deep water mud and theyve never gave me any problems.

So you've just got the low beam from VVME? How long have you had them?

I heard you have to have a high and low bulb somewhere??? Or is it just one with high and low beam?? I'd like to switch all my lights to HID but I wasn't sure all about em. I don't want to spend $240+ to do all them when I'm not 100% sure how they work.

Your high beam will be your halogens.. Your low will be your HID. Or vice versa, or bi-xenon. But like green said, he has problems with that. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

I got single beam 9007 bulb kit and a 9005 kit for my fog lights and a H3 kit for my Hellas. I got them all from vvme and I love them. The 9007 dual beam kit from vvme has a magnet in them to pull an push the bulb forward and backwards to change the location of the bulb in the housing therefore changing the beam pattern.
