Ok. Finally warmed up and isn’t raining. Yesterday I jumped into checkout out the bulkhead harness after looking into the fuses and what not. I saw that the portion of the pcm to bulkhead harness had a fairly sharp radius bend while touching the corner of the battery try. Fixed broken purple and white wire as well as a black wire. OD light stopped blinking and my new transmission started in first and shifted quite firmly through all gears.

 

Yep, that's the power feed from fuse F23.

Don't know what the black wire was, probably a ground for something or another. Good that you fixed it also.
