I'm going to get some MAF cleaner and start there, then I'll spray that around the intake etc to see if I have a leak. Also she finally threw a code this morning so I'm going to see what they are with my tuner and go from there.

My truck is somewhat like this but mine was the Air Flow Sensor but at idle speed it would die. I pretty sure this is not your problem but i would check for some vacum leaks.

Ok so I cleaned my MAF, and air filter while I was in there. And once I got it back together I sprayed the cleaner around the intake manifold and didn't get any change in idle speed.

I'm thinking maybe when the engine gets up to operating temp the gaskets seal better? It's also 60 degrees outside instead of 26 like it was this morning. Cold starts are where it's really bad.

The codes I pulled are as follows.
P1131 lack of h02s11 switches sensor indicates lean
P1151 lack of h02s21 switches sensor indicates lean
P0171 bank one too lean
P0174 bank two too lean

Any help I can get with this would truly be appreciated.

Check for vacuum leaks, clean maf, etc. Also could be IAC not functioning or EGR sticking open.

Check for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner right? IAC is an easy part to replace, how would I check the egr?

Pull it & look for a bunch of gunk clogging it up. I cleaned one with carb cleaner & it helped. Although I've heard the diaphragm can easily be damaged. May be best to replace or delete it. Depending if you have emissions or not.

No emissions here, what are the benefits of deleting it? And will it throw a code?

Cleaner burn with a tiny drop in mpg you will get a code but that can be turned off via tuner.

Ok so IAC seems to be good, haven't pulled EGR yet. But I did find this. Not sure what it's called but it is on the pass side of the engine bay. Looks like a T for vacuum lines. Two of the little rubber connectors are basically falling apart. Could this be the issue? If so what are they called

Attachment 405050
Yes, that would cause a vacuum leak. You can get the vacuum connectors at Autozone. Also check the 2 vacuum canisters behind the battery box. The seams commonly split. Silicone will fix it. If you don't already have one, a SCT tuner is a fantastic upgrade. I bought mine from MPT with custom tunes to delete the EGR. You can purchase an EGR block off plate & exhaust cap to permanently remove it. Joel Charles (JCCustoms) on www.lightningrodder.com makes them. Good luck bud.
