Help with reading these codes please

hey all,
just thought i would let you know that truck is running perfect now. once i got my new COP installed on cylinder #5, all my codes are gone now. it just kinda shocked me that replacing that one part knocked out three codes. i plugged my reader in and i have nothing right now. i have driven it for over 50 miles and still nothing and truck is not idling rough and has plenty of power i never knew it had. thanks for all your help and suggestions to get truck running again.
