Question Help with power?

Hey i have a leveling kit and 35's and now my truck wont even burnout and i have seen other people with 35's toast them. Do i just not have enough power or what?

well first off the big think is gears you may want to look into regearing to maybe 4.10s and also a programer and afew bolt ons would gain you some lost power but the biggest is in the gear ratio!!

I have been looking at gears and im kind of confused. Is the front end a 8.8 and the rear a 9.75?

yes the 5.4 4x4 comes with a 8.8 reverse cut front and a 9.75 rear you just need to get the same gear ratio for both!!

and 4.10 would be enough? ive heard some people talking about 4.56s

i think 4.10s should be plenty i have 4.10s in my 5.0 with 36's and its like night and day!!

So changing the gears will give it alot more power?

it will more or less get you back to where you were when you were stock!!

i would def look into a good programer so you can account for the new gear ratio and bigger tires also will gain you some extra ponies!!

So changing the gears and CAI adn chip would be about the best setup? or anything else?
