Default Help Please! Stripped spark Plug Holder

Hi there.Just joined but thought I already belonged.Apparently not so here is my problem.... 1999 F150 with the 5.4l &a stripped spark plug holder... 2nd from back on the right. Is it possible to fix without taking the engine out. If so how & what tools do I need? All help is greatly appreciated & thanks in advance. love my truck & this is its first issue. But I will admit seems to be a Big one!

I'm sure others will chime in with more experience. Not sure what a spark plug holder is but I had a spark plug blow out of a dodge engine. I bought a Time-Sert kit and had it repaired it 30 minutes. It lasted the rest of the life of the car with no problems (80k miles). Time-Sert seems highly regarded.

Yeah, Time Sert is really the only way to go here. Here is a video showing how their system works. Someone on here said they were renting one of the kits out recently.... don't know who it was though.
