Default Help Please

I have a 2003 F150XL 4.2L that wont start. She cranks over strong but just wont start. Two days ago she passed the california smog test. I hooked up an OBD scanner and it indicates no codes present. I can use some help from those who might know where to begin troubleshooting.

Thank you.

My thought would be to look to see if you are getting fuel.

The pump is in the tank.

Start at the intake and work your way back (assuming the pump goes on with the key on) See the link for a troubleshooting video.
Also, dont rule out a plugged fuel filter or bad gas before buying a fuel pump.
