Is the truck getting any power at all? Can you stick the key in the ignition, turn it and get lights, radio, etc?

Assuming fire=power and comp=computer. A scanner (or computer) should work because the obd port is always getting power even with the key off. So I would say make sure your battery is puttin out 12 volts. Then you need check and make sure you are gettin that power to the ignition system.

if the coils are cracked they could be full of water. if after a drying out period it starts I would say the coils are bad.

I agree, coils and water do not mix. Did you cover them when you hosed down the engine?

Make sure you buy the motorcraft ones...compare jegs, summitracing, and rockauto for prices on new ones.
