hell o everyone i am new to the forum. i have a 2001 ford f150 4.2l vs 5 speed that idles a little rough and when u step on the gas hard it misfires real bad. if u ease into it it seems to run alright. any help would be greatly appreciated. has new plugs, wire, cam sensor, cam synchro, coil pack, and upstream 02 sensors.. thanks in advance

What is your fuel pressure? Are there Any misfire codes? Tap each injector and see if it goes away.
