Default tire weights?

When considering 35" tires, is 5 lbs of weight per tire a real consideration between two competing All Terrain tires and a truck? Can the buttdyno really feel the difference?

One tire weighs 67 lbs white the other is 62 lbs.

(assuming a complete job with 4.56 gears.)

I went from a 35x12.5R17 Goodyear fierce attitude that is listed at 61 lbs, to a 35x12.5R17 Toyo ATII extreme which is 70 lbs. I could tell a definite difference and so could my trans. After a day or two you get used to it. I'm also on 3.55 gears though.

I personally don't think 5 pounds per tire is much to worry about. I'd go with which ever one is tougher. I currently run 33 inch hankook Mts that weigh 64 pounds on stock 3.31 gears and I can get 17 mpg hiway if I keep it around 65. I seriously doubt my mileage would be much better if I had tires weighing 59 pounds. And the fact that you'll be on 4.56's shouldn't make it a concern. That's just my opinion though.
