Sorry for the late response. I've been taking it easy on my truck lately, and we finally got a solid rain and I drove to and from work in the pouring rain ~30mi and that seemed to do the trick. I think the wetness along with moving more than 60mph was enough to get all the little bits of dirt off and it doesn't shake anymore. Thanks for the help everybody.
