help with chrome or black

I have the same paint scheme as you with the black and gold and I have chrome side steps and i think it really adds the perfect amount of shine

One more thing to keep in mind, the black fades super bad when it's not rusting. These things get way dirtier then you would imagine...

I ran into the same problem! chose black cause its a truck to be a truck not to look perdy! lol

Many out there are polished stainless now days, not chrome, but the look is the same. I have the stock aluminum wheels on my truck, not chrome plated, and I'm considering going with stainless and hitting them with a scotch-brite pade to give more of a matte finish which will match the finish of the wheels. Just a thought.
