Default Help with brush guard install

I bought this brush guard off a guy on Craigslist for only $50 but I can't figure out how to mount it. He said he swears it's for a 2003 F150

Stop by the nearest recycling center and toss it in with the pop and beer cans.

Problem solved.

I can see holes where it could fit but i don't know how to fasten it since the screws won't go all the way through and the hole are not threaded to just screw them in to.

The brackets look nothing like mine lol. Looks like it is a push guard like the cops have, but 50 bucks you can't go wrong. My brackets are an L shape that bolt into the frame where the tow hooks go. If you can't fab some up it shouldn't be that expensive to have a shop build them.

Would you be willing to take some measurements on those brackets? I have access to a machining shop at college and may be able to make them
