HELP 4.2 no start

OK here so here i am again. i do have a PATS key it has a chip in the top. still no fuel spark or odb2. my theft light is blinking. so i disconnected the battery and waiting 5 mins and hooked it back up still flashing. so what do i do lol.

Thats the correct key programmed by ford? It sure sounds like a pats issue. You said all the fuses under the hood and inside were good right?

While you are cranking it over, if the "THEFT" light is flashing rapidly, then that key is not programmed to your pats system.

I would also check to see if there is an aftermarket remote start system installed. Check under the dash and for an antenna by the rear view mirror. I have had an issue with a truck we bought from the auction that someone had unplugged a few things from the remote start and caused the pats to go wonkey.
