Ow do you take off stabilizer bar, I can "loosen it" but it won't loosen, it's not striping. How do u take these off the right way

9/16 on the bottom, 14mm on the top.

Otherwise cut it. Sawzall.

The "non-loosening" syndrome is prob just a feeling that is a result of the bushing being compressed by the fasteners, it feels like it's not loosening up but it's just the force of the bushing pushing up on the nut, like a big ole lock washer
