Default Track bar

Wow been a while since i have been on here. Anyways i need some info from you guys. Since my truck came with factory rear air leveling suspension i have two track bars connected to my axle. The bushings on these bars are shot and i would like to replace them but it seems Ford has discontinued anything to do with the load leveling system for the 1997-2003 trucks.

Now what i need to know is will just any bushing work or should i try finding someone to fab me a custom set of these bars.

Here are the part numbers for the bars.
F75A-4A479-DA (passanger side)
F75A-4A479-CA (driver side)

most likely you will need to get the specs of them and go to daystar and tell them what you need.

I did that for my traction bars as the company I bought them from no longer made them.
