Default Help

Check engine light is flashing and very low rough idle at 500 rpms, could this be a miss fire? You can feel truck kinda shake when you drive aswell.

Unless you have a timing issue but lets keep our fingers crossed on that one. First thing to do is get the code scanned at the auto parts store. Or you could reset the computer by unhooking the battery for 15 mins or so to see if it clears it and makes the truck normal again.

Yea, you have a DTC in the KAM. Flashing MIL= Misfire. Before resetting the KAM, pull that DTC first. They don't always produce a DTC w/low grade misfires.

If you don't have a scanner and want one, quite a few on the Ford forums are bragging about this cheapy. I guess it works! -
