Only one way. Don't bother with a Helicoil. Get a TimeSert kit and repair it right the first time. Here is the one you want.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TIME-SERT-Ford-Triton-5553-M14X1-25-Spark-Plug-Kit-/380694051966?pt=Motors_Automotive_Tools&hash=item58a3223c7e&vxp=mtr
Fix what you need and sell the kit on ebay or craigslist. You'll be ahead of the game if you can find a lightly used kit in the first place. That's what I did and made $20 and fixed my truck.

It's cheaper just to rent a Time Sert kit.

I've never seen one for rent either. Where did you find a rental Triton Kit?

His user name is Galaxy over at f150 online. He's been renting kits for years,- saving people a load of cash.

Great Feedback, - never a problem.

If you have trouble finding him, let me know. Mention my user name if you wish. - Better not, he might charge yuh more.
