Grrr my lights in my headache rack go from bright to dimmer my friend Saudis it's cause I have a series circuit hooked up, how do I make a parrallel circuit. Note I have 5 lights on top but all going to one toggle switch. I need the light ***** lol.

Yep, you need parallel. Wire the lights in Pair on separate switches. Two sharing the same hot and ground. That's the best way.

Two lights per switch. One power wire runs two lights. Split the hot wire at the bar and run a wire to each light, and ground them to the bar.

All lights right now are grounded to bar, so I can keep that right?
