Heater controls

Heater controls and overhead console are always on even when key is off and removed pulled relays one by one but continued to stay on help ?

I’ve personally seen this when the GEM gets moist from a leaky front windshield.

Fun in coming out to 8:30am break and seeing the console readout lit and the blower going.
