yes, but you will need a pi intake manifold if you don't already have one.

www.foxlakeracing.com has both good heads they sell and good p&p if you send your heads in. getting "good" heads all depends on how much money you want to spend and what mods you plan to do in the future. If forced induction is in your plans you don't want to do a PI swap, because your compression ratio will be around 10.5:1.

If that's the case doing a pi swap like I have is the cheapest route at $800-$1000 if you do all the work yourself and don't break too much and reportedly picks up 30-35 hp. I never dyno'd and never actually drove my truck without it because I bought it with a blown motor and already had this one built with plans to buy a mustang. Plans changed and I decided to go with a useful truck instead of just a toy.

In my case I rebuilt the 4.6 i bought for 250 and it ended up needing heads. That's when I found the pi head swap and decided to go that route since I needed heads anyway so I'm not sure what you will need to buy because I bought everything. It cost me 250 for the motor and almost exactly 750 including buying the heads when I was finished. That grand only got the motor rebuilt. During installation I had to buy about $900 worth of crap, clutch, flywheel and misc other parts that needer replacing cause the truck had 225k and was kind of a turd.

Figure I spent almost 2 grand, but you will have to spend less. Lets say you get heads for 250 like I did, you'll spend 300 in bolts and gaskets and all, then you'll have to buy a truck pi intake. I got mine for 125 from a junk yard. Add that up and you're at 675. Good project planning always has wtf money added in because stuff always goes wrong, that's why I said $800-$1000.

But, this is a good time to do headers because there's a good chance you'll get mustang heads and those manifolds wont work in your truck. BBK shorties are like 350, I got pacesetter, they were like 205 shipped on amazon.
