Headliner question
Hey guys havnt posted in awhile, been busy getting stuff ready for school and been working like crazy. Anyway I got my windshield tinted this morning (I'll post some pics in a bit) but I found my headliner is terribly sagging. Wondering if anyone has went to like a fabric shop and reedsport theirs? If so some pics would be cool and any tips are greatly appreciated ie. What kind of fabric to use, what glue, those sorts of things! Thanks guys
Depending on how old your truck is and how degraded that foam is between the cardboard and the fabric is. Usually, you will have to remove the fabric and scrape off the foam(if the foam falls off from you running your hand along it).
Glue? Depends if you live in very hot or cool areas of the country. But, I will tell you straight up, you are not going to find anything that works well in most retailers(Walmart, target, autozone, advanced, napa). Your best bet is gonna be a hobby store with some kind of hobby cement/epoxy. Maybe if you really suck up to the guy at the car upholstery shop he will tell you his secrets to making a living.

Okay so i wouldn't peel the too later off and re lay anything over the foam? And yeah i had every intention of trying to find something at a hobby store to put down on it to deal it. How hard is it to remove the liner as well? What all needs to come off first i was thinking the done light, and maybe the trim pieces around the top?
Here are a few pics of mine, the differnece is that my headliner was fine so I just put this one over the original. I put this in about a year and a half ago and its holding up great. Its a pretty easy job, takes about 30-45 min. I have a copy of a post from several years ago saved on one of my computers that tells step by step how toget the job done, if I can find it ill post it up!

Thanks man, The seat covers are Marathon superhides in Mossy oak breakup, and the center console cover is an option when you order them. They are hands down the best seat covers I have ever used, 100% custom made for your truck. The only downside is it usually take about a month to get them after you order, and they are pretty expensive. But over all they are way worth it! Also ill try to post up that info if i can find it!

Yeah i figured they were custom made and i love that option. I need to start saving for some of them the guy that owned the truck before me was a smoker and threes some pretty good sizes holes on my seat and I'm not going to try and class my ride up with some autozone ones that won't even fit. Thanks for the info though and hopefully ya find the link!
