Headliner
Truckin magazine has a how too article in the recent volume.
Volume 34, No. 10
The cover has two trucks painted very similar and says "everything interior" on it.
The how too article was done on a f150 Screw.

Here's how to remove the headliner:
1) Place several fingers from your right hand between the headliner and the roof
2) Place several fingers from your left hand between the headliner and the roof
3) Place both feet firmly on the floor of the interior of the truck
4) Put your teeth together
5) Pull as hard as you can and make groaning noises.
HAHAHAHA Sorry but I had to.

these are the how too directions from Truckin' Magazine.
1.remove the factory sunvisors. the brackets are held in by phillips screws
2. Everything that bolted or connected had to be removed.
3.the rear seat grab handle were removed along with push in headliner retaining tabs.
4.Disconect the seatbelts from the B- pillars. set aside plastic trim.
5.disconnect the interior light. then pull headliner free.
It says in the mag. tto use adhesive spray on top of the old liner and the new fabric. smooth out fabric and pull tight allowing a little excess to fold over fabrick to the back part of the headliner.
Looks fairly easy to do.Hope this helps.

PLEASE tell me you didn't glue the new fabric OVER the old. That is asking for trouble. I have an upholstery shop so this IS an expert opinion. The 3M glue is also a bad idea if you want it to last. The only recomendation I can offer to save money is do the grunt work yourself but please have a reputable uph. shop glue the new fabric on the board for you. We have industrial strength adhesive thats will hold up much better than anything out of a can. Make sure you remove and clean off all the old foam covering off the board the best you can so we have a clean surface to glue too.
