Default Headlights

What are the best head and fog lights bulbs to purchase to replace stock bulbs. Im going to order now head and fog lights and want to replace the bulbs but not hids. What has everyone got? Im looking for as bright as possible and white, not the stock yellowish if I can get that without doing hids.

Silver star ultras are nice. But there just as expensive as HID's. Can I ask why you don't want HID's?

You can find kits on eBay for around $55. Plus the $40 or so for fogs. I know silver star ultras are like $53 for just the heads

I have philips tri beams from carquest. There really bright they have ones that are supposed to be 80% brighter than factory bulbs. I got hids and they looked like crap in my heads the pattern was scattered all over the road. Plus I get mad when I'm driving and get blinded by people with them without the proper housings but to each his own sir...
