Depends what you are going for. If you are looking for functionality and longevity just go back with oem exhaust manifolds and a good stainless muffler. Magnaflow and Borla are some of the best out there.

I suppose I'll get flamed for this, but I just ordered one of the new Flowmaster HP-2's for mine. It's a non-chambered, laminar flow design. It also uses a ceramic material that will not burn out like fiberglass does. I have not seen any videos with one on an F150, but I've heard it on other vehicles. I dig it.

Great design, the laminar has been around for at least 5 years now (probably more). In that time, your the only one I've seen interested. Not even the reps push it. I attempted to get one to spill it quite awhile ago at another site. Nope, - Figured he had know clue, unaware they existed. So hell with it, when reps don't even know, I loose interest real quick lol.

Aren't they sponsors of this page too?

I did all my own research.... Honestly don't know what the difference is between the original HP and the HP2. I like that it sounds relatively quiet until you poke it with a stick. I amgoing to use the butt joint bands to see how I like it.... and I'll oust it if it sounds like trash.

BTW, I found a video showing one cut open, I'll hafta see if I can find it again.

Are you typing on a tiny phone or something?

Well, I don't know about this page, but I believe I've seen Flowmaster reps on the site in the past. Might be the site page or yea, it might be on this page ? I get "0" ads on this comp so I wouldn't know.

HP and HP2 ? I'm not sure either..after burner ?
