Default Has anyone Covered their Truck in bed liner?

I've been wanting to cover my truck in a Military Green bed liner for a while now, and I'm not going to lie, I'm horrible at keeping a smooth line when spray painting anything, so i was leaning towards either Roll on or having a paint shop do it.
Basically what I'm asking is, has anyone done the roll on on method and do you have any tips for doing it, sanding, priming, all of the above, and as well if anyone has had it professionally done, about how much did it run you?
thanks

Yes it has been done, may I ask why you want to do this? If it's a hunting truck or a beater I say go for it, in this case he repaired some rust and decided to roll the whole truck. It's not holding up to well. It will definitely cost you a good but of coin to roll the whole truck if you look at the prices for hurculiner, probably just as
Much to have a mediocre scuff and buff paint Job down. When covering that much surface are nothing permanent is going to be cheap.

its not a beater or torn up, but i need a new paint job, I've got some sun fading, when i bought the truck the "dealer" had put a ****ty paint job on it, and I'm thinking outside the box, as well as I'm just thinking about the durability of the bed liner and no more scuffs, scrapes, etc

Since your truck is not a beater, invest the money on a quality paint job. It looks like **** to me with the bedliner across a truck. Just my opinion

Ive seen pictures of trucks done that way , that looked pretty good. Two tone schemes, and clearcoated too and shiny, just textured surface.

I don't know where you guys live lol, but we bought a can of hurculiner (not sure what size) for 100 bucks, and lined the whole interior of my dads bronco, and still have a lot left. I think if he rolled it himself he could get it done for 2-300.

I think it looks good on some trucks, not these trucks though. The hard thing is, once you put it on, it seems permanent so you better hope you like it lol.

The only way to do this right is to get it done professionally with the UV coating. Otherwise it will look like french fried *** in a matter of weeks. Do not even consider Herculiner.
