Default Grill Lights Question

Okay so I did some searching, and I've found that plenty of people have done with circular lights behind the grill, but what I've not found was if anyone has done more rectangular lights, or even LED strip lights. I was thinking that something like this

I know these are made to be emergency lights but I was thinking something similar in style and shape. What do you guys think? Anyone done something similar?

eventually I'll do the same thing and through some rectangular fogs behind my grill, since I can't put 6" round lights in because of my bull nose bumper. Ill mount them so they sit just under the bull nose, then I'll mount some round ones on the bumper

LEDs can be very pricey, but are usually well worth the money when it comes to preformance and long term durability.

Nice links! Those are exactly what I was looking for but didn't know how to search. I'd love to see some more pictures of rectangular lights in grills, I was thinking of doing some vertical on the sides instead of horizontal.
