Default Grill guard.

What would be the strongest, most substantially built guard out there? I'm looking at something that would mount on the front frame and help out in case of a front end collison. Every six months I have to travel down a dangerous highway. These trucks are not known for thier strength in front end wrecks.

I remember reading somewhere that someone hit a cow at 60mph and said the guard saved them from any harm. I don't remember if they mentioned a brand.

This bush guard I have took a deer head on at 55 mph and just broke one of my off road lights! No other damage! I didn't care about the light either because I had these bigger lights to put on anyway. And yes it killed the deer! Lol brand is waag

This is my homemade brush guard. It holds up pretty good, and I have it directly bolted onto the frame.

If you want actual protection, get a full on front end replacement. Ranch Hand, Frontier, and Buck Stop are some of the best. Grille guards are good for one or two light impacts before the mounts buckle and then fold in on your grille.

Ya maybe cheap grill guards! Anything that would bend the brackets on mine would bend the front frame anyway!
