3" thin walled sewer pipe. Fits almost perfectly.

This may sound stupid, but what exactly is the gotts mod? I know it has to do with the air intake. Does anyone have detailed instructions? I have a 2000 5.4L. thanks

All done, I used regular 3 inch PVC I had the thin wall too but didn't like the amount of open space between the pipe and fender hole. Grinder that down and threw a little contact cement on there to make sure I got a real good bond and got it back together. Overall I do feel more pick up, overall very happy. Great mod
