Default The gotts mod

so i have a 2002 f150 4.6 scab, i'm hearing a lot about the gotts mod but i cant seem to find anything to help me do it for my year model 99-03. right now, i have a k&n air filter and half of the air filter box off. (the part that connects to the fender) and at that point, i put a ziptie tied to keep it down and a rubber type block under it to make up for the 1 inch or so drop from taking the airbox part off.

When I did mine, I was having trouble getting the PVC pipe to fit into the oblong shaped hole. I didn't want to cut the hole, and sanding down the PVC wad taking forever, do I went to Lowe's and got a round plumbing flange. It bolted to the fender over the intake hole, then a rubber coupler from the intake box to the flange. Looks good, works good.

Id want to see some pictures of that, it's taking forever to sand it down or even file it, i might get a 3" air seed/ suction hose maybe that could work?

I took a belt sander to mine. Took maybe 2 min to get a perfect fit.
