I can't for the life of me get to pvc to fit in the fender. I've tried sanding and hell even heating up a scrap piece to see if I could force mold it. No luck any one that has a suggestion or pics let me know asap!

Moar sanding. It will fit. You need to sand it down at least half the thickness of the PVC. Then bend it when you shove it in. Nothing better than a good tight fit!

I used a wood plainer to get the PVC thinned out lol. It worked and saved time. On sanding.

I put a clamp on the end of my PVC and tightened it until the pipe was an oval shaped on one end, heated it with a butane torch, let it cool and then used a chisel to shave the oval shaped end down to about half the original thickness. It was a tight fit, and took a bit of time to slowly work the PVC to fit.

I just took a grinder and thinned the sides then pinched them and it fit right in

OR just use 3" metal air duct. That's was I used, ZERO grinding required
