Just checked the ground that you mentioned. There were two right there, the 'upper' one which was a green colored bolt which was good. It was jumping fire whilst disconnecting. Still cleaned it and retightened, and one below it which had some surface rust on the bolt. Did the same to it, and retightened. No difference. Where is the one on the fender you say? And by 'hot fuse box' you mean heat, not power? Just double checking.

I also took the driver kick panel off, there are two grounds there. Didnt do anything to them, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Problem still persists.
Driver window down button =all cab lights out and relay click from cab fuse panel (one touch down relay) upon removal of one touch down I have no cab lights or no electric windows.
Driver window down button release = lights on door chime and door ajar lights up
Passenger window down button works (very slow and all can lights dim)
Passenger window up button same. Works (very slow and all lights dim)

Anyone have anymore ideas?!
Thanks again Beef Gravy

Not saying it's not bad, but I replaced it 18 months ago due to no wipers/ intermittent blinkers. That was the only electrical issue I've ever had on this truck.
Thanks for the quick reply though
All of the exterior lights run through the turn signal switch, as it is also the dimmer switch. I don't believe that is related to your problem, though.

Ah, makes sense now. Although like you say, I don't believe its related either.
Still blowing my mind though. I'm thinking about forking out for a GEM but lack of money right now, and don't want to throw parts that I don't need, especially if I have to reseal the windshield first.

I guess I need to look the number up on my GEM then. Is there an easy way to get to it? Or do I have to pull the whole thing out?

And how bad of a job is it I heard ~2 hrs.?

You pretty much have to remove it. It is attached to the back of the fuse panel with 3 screws. It took me about an 45 minutes out and an hour back in. The GEM is a pain in the butt to plug back in.
