hey guys well i have a 2003 4x4 F150 with 35" At tires on stock rims with just a leveling kit so im wanting to upgrade from my 3.55 gears to 4.10 gears. And i know i have to do the front and back but was wondering if i could just find a f150 in a junkyard that came stock with 4.10's and use them? Would this be possible??

 

Good luck finding a 4.10's in the junk yard. I'm looking at getting a new set soon. Not going to be cheap.

 

I am not sure if these trucks came stock with the 4.10s, and if they did they are pretty rare. I know a lot of the gen 10s came with stock 3.73s you would probably have more luck finding those.

 

If your going to keep 35's on your truck I would just pay for new 4.10 gears. My buddy has them in his truck with 35's and he loves them.

 

oh well i had thought some of them came with 4.10s

well that sucks cause i know new gears were gonna cost me about 500 for front and back so that blows!!

 

The HD 7 lug F150s had 4.10 in some of the rearends.

 

if they were 4wd then wouldnt the front gears be 4.10s as well? or were only 2wd 7700s equipped with the 4.10s?

 

in the front too??
