Default Full Length Headers

I’m sure it’s on here somewhere but I can’t find the answer. I wanna do full length headers I see pacesetter is pretty popular. I have a 03 4.6 v8 4x4. Will these swap in. I wanna go from headers to an X pipe through dual borla attackout the back. I want to get rid of the cats and what will I need to do with my O2 sensors, I have a tuner ready to go just need to know if this will work.
Thanks in advance

Not sure how you can have a tuner ready to go with what you plan. Actually, you don't sound to sure about things. In order to do what your contemplating, - or perhaps some of what your contemplating as you don't seem sure like I said, you would have to have tuning figured out to some degree. In order to run LT's, cat less and an X into TD's, your going to have to tune for it. Otherwise you'll be in for a rude awakening. The truck won't even so much as sound good, - and it will fall flat on it's face when you hit the go pedal. Have you figured that much out yet ?

Perhaps more info from you would help. This way, I might be able to tell whether you know what your doing or not. Doesn't look all that promising at the moment...to be blunt lol.

Okay maybe I can make more sense. I want to run LT’s and go catless. What should I expect running this and what do I need to do to make it work.

A custom tune....no doubt. That's because your installing a set up with 0 cats (not recommended since this increases cost significantly with no gains, unless you tune of course), 1 high flow cat per side would be the way to go. Your also going TD's which will again require a custom tune do to the increased flow. Maintaining a single 3" with a dual out muffler would be the way to go as you would get the most out of the headers with this set up. However, if your custom tuning for your exhaust set-up, you can do anything you want...just let your tuner know.

With a 4six 4x4 you to make sure Pacesetter makes a set for your 4x4. In the past Pacesetter made LT's for just the 5.4L's. That's because with the 4six the header came in contact with the driveshaft. If that has been corrected, then Pacesetter will list a set for your engine. If not, well you'll have to check with OBX. Perhaps they have a set, but that's the problem with the 4six power plants and LT's.
