Fuel injector o-rings look good. I took a sample of the fluid in the spark plug hole.

Left is fluid from the spark plug hole. Right is a sample of the coolant i just put in.

If you have a problem smelling, please let us know. Not once have you answered the question. I don't get it, what are you really playing at here?

Yea just say so, so we can move on. Fuel is pretty dangerous in the plug chamber. Spark can jump if the coil is still putting out.

It doesn't have an odor then, like coolant perhaps.

What's it taste like, is it sweet?

Just kidding....sorry.

If it's coolant mixed with oil and dirt, there should be other evidence of a leak up by the manifold. It's unusual for #1 to have fluid unless you wash the engine compartment or left the hood open in the rain.

Actually I was looking at the engine yesterday when it started to pour. I ran into the house without dropping the hood. I don't see any evidence of oil mixed with it.

I know, I know. So do you think I just need to dry it out or do you think it's a mechanical issue?
