Grinding... you may be replacing rotors.

but would rotors be bad after 2 mnths?
is it that high pitched brake noise or more like that faint grinding?

i dont believe i need new rotors, i think its the screw itself on the rotor that holds the rotor, when i installed my rotors, i used a autozone screw instead of the dealership screw, that could be one problem,

and when i come to a stop or when i hit the brakes, it starts this high pitch noise like a whistle.

It is possible, my dad has an 04 F150. He replaced the rotors and not 4 months later they were bad. Although it was the bearings inside the rotors. I once had a brake shop do the brakes and rotors on the back of my Mustang. A few months later I had to replace my right rear rotor because somehow the back brake pad fell out. Don't ask my how the hell that happened.
