Default Front End squeeking

I have a 2000 F150 2WD that the front end squeeks everytime I turn or go over a bump?

You need new ball joints, you will have to replace the both upper control arms and only the ball joints on the lower control arms. The squeak when it turns is from you pitman arm (steering arm). Get a new one I would suggest MOOG that's what I bought when I had to replace my pitman arm. It has a zerk fitting. Fairly easy to replace control arms, ball joints, and a pitman arm.

Jack up the truck by the lower control arm and with the tire 1/4-1/2" off the ground stick a pry bar under the tire and pull up and let it down check for play, pry the upper ball joint up and down, check for play replace if needed... if no play grease em up if ya got zerks, if ya dont replace em with ones that do...

P.S. if ya ain't lifted you prolly hafta remove the tire to check the uppers..

Not to throw yet another thing too look at just to confuse you but I just cured a similar issue on my 98 where it squeaked every time the front end moved and it was a worn out pitman arm so that may be worth looking into.
