Default Front end problems

I have a 2000 f150 scab that is having front end problems. It needs an alignment that I know of but latley its making a weird sound when I hit a bump. It honestly sound like somebody rattles keys when you hit something. Does any body have a clue as to what this could be? Thanks for any help

Have you checked to see if a front shock is loose? Get up under there and start yanking and pulling.

Thats your sway bar end link, and yes it should be tight. If you can't tighten it you can buy a sway bar end link kit at your local parts store for around $20.

That is your sway bar link. It does need to be tight. Looks like it needs to be replaced by the looks of the lower bushing.

Edit:
Didnt see kookookachew's post.
