Are you sure it's coming from the driver's side and not the passenger side?

Brakes dragging?

Brake dust shield rubbing?

Will the hub you took off of the driver's side fit on the passenger side, if it's still good?

im pretty sure they will fit both sides. this noise is way to loud to be a brake or anything, the brakes are good on both sides. i dont know what it is but its bad

you may want to check your wheel bearings, thats what it sounds like it is. just jack the tire up and grab the top of the tire and see if it wobbles back and forth, if so try getting wheel bearings. they arent too bad to change just make sure to pack the new one with grease4 before installing them if you plan on doing it yourself

I would swap the changed out bearing to the other side. The new bearing didn't make a difference, so the swapped one is probably still good.

It sounds like a typical wheel bearing noise. You can usually get the noise to come and go by playing with the steering, it puts more or less stress on the bearing when you turn.

You may be able to feel movement if you jack up the front end, and get a pry bar under the tire. You can usually feel them move when they are bad.
