And I had to crank quite a few full turns to get them to be just at what they are now. I noticed there's not a lot of threads left on the tbar bolt. Anyone in the same boat? I don't wanna be maxed out but I thought I remember reading that you could go up to24 1/4". Am I wrong? Oh and will this cause more rubbing?
You can crank the tbars to 24.25 to level out the truck but if your truck has aging tbars or is a super crew then the stock tbars will not get the job done. They can sag over time and that might be your issue. One way to change that is to get aftermarket parts, leveling kit-the only thing is that you can crank this way past the 24.25 mark but as long you don't you'll be ok.

Here's a pic. Sorry for the late reply. I've also noticed she's pulling noticeably to the right.(also passenger side) also the side that rubs now, also the side that took 2 whole more turns on the tbar bolt to level it out. U think my passenger side t bar is worn? BTW it is a supercrew. 2002 lariat 4wd 5.4 167k miles. Thanks for all the input guys

Well it sounds like you need an alignment pretty badly. Your tbars are more than likely a bit worn. If you are using stock wheels you can expect some rubbing but that is your sway bar getting the rub.

How hard are you turning when it begins to rub?

ZO_USMC, - ride height SHOULD be the same on both sides. The toe is set a little different from side to side because of the crown in the roads. But yea, height should be =.

When I got everything replaced, I also got an alignment. Its from a decent shop, but it was on a weekend and they stayed late just to finish my truck so I'm thinking they just rushed the alignment.
And it rubs when I'm just about pinged out

Wellll, I was thinking about hitting the tires some, ya know, to free up some HP, and maybe those rubber hose things dangling from behind the tire. I just don't like the way they look back there and plus they gotta be holding up some HP I just know it!
All seriousness, so would a worn tbar cause it to sag about half an inch, as well as all the other problems I'm having with the passenger side, or am i missing a part I didn't just replace?

Change the t-bars & get it realigned. Yes, the bars do sag eventually and you can only adjust them so much. New keys won't do you any good.

But that wont remedy the tire rubbing the sway bar. I guess you could take it off but I wouldnt. Best option is spacers or wheels with offset.

Well, ZO, I think you made a good decision to put some $ into your current truck. That's what I plan to do, I have the same truck except mine is two wheel drive, Lariat, etc. I reckon 2WD doesn't have the T bar thingamajigs, just coil springs up front. How much did you raise it from stock?

Oh, and what shocks did you decide on?
