Question Front Bumper Swap??

I have my 2002 F150 and after a little driveway mishap Im looking at either repairing the bumper or swapping it out to a different style, here is the bumper I have (49-9528-T) and Im thinking of going to the middle one (49-9527-T). My questions:
Can this be done?
What does this take to do?
Is it bolt off and bolt on or do I need to modify?
I know the fog lights will change positions so will that be an issue?

I have looked and didnt find anything on this so any help is appreciated!

Also if anyone has a silver pickup like mine but with the bumper I want to switch to Id love to see a picture!!!!

I could be wrong but I don't think its a direct swap. The one you want to put on is from a 97-98 4wd f150 android I know in 99 they made changes to the bumper (that's the one you have) plus if you move the fog lights up then the holes in your valance would be empty. Unless you ran a pair in both the lower valance and the bumper. But I'm pretty sure the lower valance you have won't bolt up to the 97/98 bumper that you want. You could maybe buy both the bumper and lower valance of a 97/98 truck and bolt it on. I know a lot of the guys with the older model bumpers convert there trucks over to the 99+ bumpers but I have never seen anyone go from new to old so I'm not sure if it would work

The top 2 are for a 97/98. The middle one will require a new bumper pad, valance, grille and bumpper brackets.

Thanks you two, seems I will stick with the bumper style I have now! Looks like a bed liner opportunity on the valance while I have the bumper off!

the ranch hand bumpers are nice but I don't like that there not winch ready and i think there on the pricier side for the same price I'd rather have a heavy duty steel bumper but that just my personal preference

you could probably get one custom fabbed without powdercoat/paint for a little over 1000, depending on the fabricator, and built to your specs.
