So i bought my 97 F-150 (V6, 4.2L if it matters), and the bumper was bent at the front. I was told that its because there was once a plow on the front of the truck, and it was irreplaceable without a new bumper. The bumper is solid, just out of position. Has anyone had any experience with this or knows if i can fix it without harming the stability of the bumper?

 

Take it off and put some washers on the top bolt to correct the offset and you'll be good to go.
