Question Found Rust Hole on Frame. What do I do?

Hey guys. I was rotating my tires the other day when I found this on the driver side front next to the shock in the wheel well.

What should I do about it/How do I fix it/Should I be concerned?

Thanks gang

Thanks for the reply. I am still learning about all the different parts.

In the next few months I will be replacing my shocks. Should I sand it down and hit it with some rustoleum then?

ehh. I don't think that would do much without cutting it out and replacing the rotten metal. Then painting would work
