My FREE forscan subscription ended so I tried to open forscan.org to purchase a 1 year sub and could not even go into their website.
I got this notifcation:

I also found out that FORSCAN originates from Russia....so I read.
Has anyone noticed any issues going into their website or is it just me?
I didn't have any problems a few months ago with the FREE sub.

 

i just went to the site and it's fine. It looks like whatever network you're on is the one blocking that site.

 

Your network (administrator) or ISP has a firewall rule that is preventing the connection to certain servers, including the one in the Russian federation that the Forscan developers use.

 

You are being blocked by your: ISP, Malware protection, Antivirus or if at work, your work admins.

 

I was at a local public library that I have used before with no problems. That's how/where I got the free forscan in the first place so maybe that library is NOW blocking it??
If so, wonder why?

 

Eh, because it's in Russia.... no doubt. Ask the library.

 

I've talked to those people before....now I'm DUMB and I'll admitt to that...but those people R dumber than a FENCE POST.
I'll seek another Avenue to download forscan.
It's well worth the effort.

I don't have the internet at home but only on my phone.....why pay for it twice?
Anyway, I was at McDonald's and used theirs. Took maybe 3 minutes to pay the $12/year sub with no issues.
Works perfect now.
